Get access via email
If you have just purchased your first service you will receive an email to your billing email giving you information on how to access your dashboard.
It will prompt you to log in via a set password and username, we recommend you change your password after you access your dashboard.
I did not receive an email
If you did not receive an email after purchasing your product there are 3 reasons it can happen:
1. Our systems had an issue sending you an email.
2. You set the incorrect email on your billing account.
3. You have purchased a service in the past and already have an account.
If you do not receive an email then we recommend you open a support ticket.
